Our team’s industry and organizational experience is unparalleled in the outsourced sales field. Our principals have led manufacturer, channel provider, and integrator organizations that range in size from start-up to multi-billion dollar international organizations.

Fred Corsentino – Founder and CEO

Fred Corsentino has proven experience in successfully forming and managing sales organizations in both the Enterprise and Service Provider markets. Prior to Sagamore, Fred was the Vice President of Sales for Meru Networks where he was responsible for the early growth of Meru in the Wireless LAN markets as a key player in the industry. Prior to Meru, Fred was the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Western Multiplex/Proxim, a company that developed and sold carrier-grade broadband wireless infrastructure systems to the Enterprise and Service Provider markets. Fred was also the North American Sales Director for the Enterprise Access group at 3Com/US Robotics and Group Sales Manager focused on Fortune 500 and government business at Digital Equipment Corporation.

Fred earned a B.S. in Economics from the New York Institute of Technology and a MBA from Columbia University.


Charles G. Tate III – Founder and President

Charles Tate has founded and managed successful integrator and consulting organizations that serviced the Enterprise, Service Provider and Government markets. Prior to Sagamore, he was a co-founder of Source Technology, a leading systems integrator and technical consulting organization. Mr. Tate’s duties included management of Operations and Finance. Source Technology's customers consist of more than 1,200 Service Provider clients, all of whom rely on Source Technology for network design, technical support, and hardware and software procurement.  Over a period spanning five years from the date of its founding, Mr. Tate grew Source Technology’s annual sales to over 25 million. 

Mr. Tate was also the founder of Tate’s Specialty Manufacturing, a company that made custom advertising products for three of the top ten largest pharmaceutical companies (Pfizer, Merck Sharp and Dohme, and Upjohn) to help launch new drugs into the market space. These specialty-advertising products were an essential component of various multi-million dollar advertising and promotion campaigns.

Charles earned a B.S. in Management from Bentley College.

Timothy Kery – Founder and VP Product Management

Timothy Kery has proven experience in successfully building and managing channel sales organizations for vendors focused on both the Enterprise and Service Provider markets. Prior to Sagamore, he was Vice President of US Sales for Westcon, Inc., a global channel provider of leading networking technology products and a division of the $1.9 Billion Westcon Group. In this role, Mr. Kery led a $300 million 68 person organization consisting of sales, pre-sales engineering, training, and customer support teams calling on 5000 high-end reseller and integrator partners.

Prior to leading the sales effort at Westcon Mr. Kery was the Director of Product Management where he led a product management team tasked with building channel businesses for vendors such as Nortel, Lucent, US Robotics, ArrowPoint, PictureTel, Prominet, and New Oak. His efforts resulted in the addition of over 800 new partners and an average annual sales growth of 89% over a five-year period.

Timothy earned a B.S. in Marketing and an A.S. in Management from Bentley College.

Bernhard Erb – Founder and VP Operations

Bernhard Erb has proven experience in managing sales operations organizations that have enabled hundreds of millions in channel sell-through. Prior to Sagamore he was the Vice President of Operations for Voda One, a global channel provider of leading communication technology products and a division of the $1.9 Billion Westcon Group. In this role Mr. Erb led a $200 million dollar 26 person organization consisting of Warehouse, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality Systems, and Information Technology.

In this role Mr. Erb provided leadership as Executive in ISO 9000 QMS. All aspects of the system were improved including metrics, documentation methods, personnel, delivery. Efforts resulted in intra-operations coordination of purchasing & warehouse, as well as inter-departmentally between operations and finance and most importantly meeting customer requirements through sales. Direction he provided doubled turns, reduced stock outs, increased working capital and reduced inventory on hand by half, saving the company millions each year.

Bernhard earned a B.A. cum laude in Economics & Political Science from Marist College and a MBA through the University of Pittsburgh’s – Katz EMBA Worldwide program.
